| FEES . *For courses marked with a * a reduced rate can be offered to social welfare recipients, medical card holders and courses can be offered free to educationally disadvantaged adults. Fees should be paid at the enrolment night. Our auditors have advised that where possible fees should be paid by cheque or money order.BTEI Courses are offered free of charge to Medical/GP Card Holders. Those in receipt of a means tested Social Welfare payment Those with less than Leaving Cert. Where fees apply for BTEI they will vary depending on course, generally between €150-€210. | |||
| ENROLMENT – Enrolment is at the enrolment/ information night on Tuesday 15th January 2013 at 8pm in The Abbey Hotel, Roscommon Town and in Roscommon Learning Links, Boyle on the 17th January 2013 at 8pm. Minor awards offered are the Common Award Level 5 components leading to the Level 5 Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education– 5M2009. The level 6 minor awards lead to the major ward 6M2007. See www.fetac.iefor component content. If insufficient numbers fail to enrol the classes will not go ahead. Places on the Special Needs Assistant course are limited to those who have completed at least one Childcare module already.
